Redirecting Your Email

If you are trying to redirect your email to a different address, you've come to the right place. If any of the following steps are unclear, please contact our support staff so we can be sure to solve your problem as soon as possible.

I.   Type https://www.TYPE-YOUR-SITE-HERE.com:8443 in your browser address bar to visit your account login page. Notice a few things about this address:

(1) use https:// not http://
(2) replace www.TYPE-YOUR-SITE-HERE.com with your internet address.
(3) add :8443 to the very end of the address.

You may be presented with a security prompt, simply click "yes" and the page will continue to load.

II.   Enter your Login and Password using your full email address as the login and your current password.

III.   Click the Redirect button from the list of tool icons.


IV.   Check the Redirect Box and enter the email address you would like to forward your email to.
